Ok...here it goes (don't be too hard on me please :) )

(This is on a typical day)

Breakfast-
Protein Shake

Mid-morning-
some nuts or fruit

Lunch-
3 hard boiled eggs (2 yolks)
HIgh protein sprouted wheat bagel, 2 slices soy cheese

Afternoon-
Apple

Dinner-
Chicken Breast
Bowl of High Fiber Cereal (Kashi) with about 1 cup 1% milk (I know...but I love having cereal for dinner)

I work about about 5 days a week...5 days cardio, 3-4 days lifting...working my way up to heavy.

Thanks in advance for any help or opinions!

Well, I just happend to list what I ate yesterday and that may have been lighter than what I usually eat being that I hadn't done grocery shopping and had no food in the house. I know that I probably don't eat enough but I have a history of anorexia and this eating "more" is also another hard area for me. What I meant by "trying for heavy" was lifting so I can only get about 8 reps. I worked out for years doing high reps and low weight without of course any great results.

Spatterson---when you say "bad carb choices", what do you mean exactly? I am a carb lover and eating just veggies does not satisfy me. I do try to stick to the following though:
Brown rice (sometimes white though if that's all that's available)
Low GI fruit (I do eat bananas though because my feet cramp up a lot and I heard this is supposed to help prevent that)
Low sugar/high fiber cereals
High protein breads

your 1st meal should be food-not a shake, fruit is not good for cutting, and you have alot of carbs in there from apple,cereal,bagel-throw in turkey and fish and cut the carbs down
