I think the only people that care about the word cunt are the ones that have one.

Same reason a woman would call me a cock sucker or mother fucker during the heat of an argument. If someone dishes it out, they have to be able to take it.

The closest equivalent of a woman's go to word or go to phrase is when women say some derogatory things about the size and performance of a man's genitalia or the lack there of-especially so when they [these women] have no first hand experience to base their comments on.

If you frame this situation in the same conceptual frame work as many women do for the c-word, you could argue that the more vocal a woman is about making derogatory, hurtfull, degrading comments about a man's penis that are meant to inflame [to insult and to immasculate], the less respect they [these women] have for men and the male gender in general.

The words and phrases that go to the mans genitals are the female go to word(s) when they want to really get to a guy. Most [women] will not admit it, but it is none the less true.

The EF women are probably going to call for my head on a platter for this, but in general most women have far less compunction about calling a man or a woman a slang name for a man's penis or making inflamitory, [degrading, humiliating] and insulting comments about a man's penis, than most men do about using the c word, and raising the question of a double standard is certainly warranted.

You will will also find women much more prone to cry foul or say that a man is not showing a woman proper respect or that he does not like women if he makes any comments whether in truth or in gest about a the size, asthetics, [tightness] and performance of a womans genitalia. However, many women refuse to accept the idea that their usage of go to phrases against men could and [more] often [than not] should be viewed in the same light.

I agree....

I have been called (by a handful of elite's most vocal idiots) a man-hater yet I have NEVER EVER felt the need to stoop to this sort of baseless banter with its express purpose to degrade and immasculate.

Matter of fact, I believe that I have been one of elite's most vocal FEMALE proponents that ANY WOMAN who would critisize a man this way is not worth his time or attention as she is mean and stoopid - pointblank.

A - a man's genitalia is what he was born with and to my knowledge can not be changed so to make comments about it just plain mean and degrading.

B - any woman who is STOOPID enough to believe that a man's genitalia has THING ONE to do with his manhood (ie - skill in or out of the bedroom) is just plain CLUELESS.

Which word do you find more offensive:

Motherfucker

Or

Cunt

Or

Do you consider them of approximately equal distastefulness???

Me, personally, I find cunt just a dreadfully offensive word, I really think most women do. Being called a bitch is one thing, but cunt just implies a total disrespect, not just for the woman in particular, but the gender as a whole.

I actually find motherfucker slightly less offensive, and even mildly laughable, probably because of this little piece:

FUCK . . .Perhaps one of the most interesting words in the English language today is the word fuck.

It is one magical word.

Just by its sound you can describe Pain, Displeasure, Love, and Hate.

It can be used as an verb, both intransitive (Dave fucked Cathy),
... and transitive (Dave was fucked by Cathy)

As an adverb (Cathy is a good fuck)

As an adjective (Cathy is fucking beautiful)

As you can see, there are not many words with the versatility of ‘fuck’.

Besides the sexual meaning of the word, there are also the following;

Goodbye . . . . . . . . . . . . Fuck off
Greetings . . . . . . . . . . . . How the fuck are you?
Fraud . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I got fucked at the auction!
Dismay . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Oh! Fuck it.
Trouble . . . . . . . . . . . . . Well, I guess I’m fucked now.
Aggression . . . . . . . . . . Fuck you!
Difficulty . . . . . . . . . . . . I don’t understand the fucking job!
Displeasure . . . . . . . . . . .What the fuck is going on here!
Incompetence . . . . . . . . . He fucks-up everything
Lost . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Where the fuck are we?
Retaliation . . . . . . . . . . . Up your fucking arse!
Disinterest . . . . . . . . . . . I don't give a fuck!
Interest . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What the fuck!
Impossibility . . . . . . . . . . No fucking way!
Disorganised . . . . . . . . . . Fucked-up!
Surprise . . . . . . . . . . . . . When the fuck did that happen!

And remember General Custer’s famous last words;
Where did all those fucking Indians come from?

Also the last words of the Mayor of Hiroshima;
What the fuck was that?

And last, but not least, those immortal words of the Captain of the Titanic;
Where is all this fucking water coming from?
