hey i was thinkin about goin for the low carb lean body and if you tried the chocolate or any can u tell me how it tastes? i tried and liked the regular one but just concerned if the low carb was any different...and is 45 grams of protein at one time too much for a girl who is 120 and works out ,,,??

The chocolate Low Carb Lean Body tastes very good....I haven't tried the regular so I can't really say if they taste the same...sorry.

I wouldn't necessarily say that 45g is too much protein in one sitting....but you could always divide the package in half....

i like it and all of labrada's line of protein supplements. The taste is pretty good.
