Came up w/ a new routine tonight

Will start monday. (lots of volume......time for a change)

Mon

Incline Press- 5x5
Pull Ups - 6x3-4
Log Press - 5x3
Bent Rows- 3x8
CG Bench- 3x8
Shrugs- 5x5

Tue

Box Squats- 5x5
Stiff Deads- 3x8
Front Squats- 3x8
GMs- 3x8
Calves- 2x20
Ab work


Thurs

Bench- 3x8
Hang Cleans 3x8
Military Press 3x8
Upright Rows 3x8
Skull Crushers or dips 3x10
Bicep curls 5x5


Fri

Squats 3x8
Deads 3x5
Front squats 2x10
Calves 3x15
Ab work
 
Sort of....I want to train like a football player, and then do some grappling tournamnets. (whenever I get around to it)
 
haha cool. I wrestled awhile ago, it was very fulfilling. I've been sorta meaning to do club just for kicks. Good luck with that.
