Most of the time the officer will tell them to put their clothes back on and then go to his desk. There he will have a couple officers with cuffs ready to take them to segregation.

man people in prison are in there for non violent crimes such as drug posession and/or sale. why would you electrocute them? Why wouldn't you want to protect them from the risk of HIV?
