California Prison system to get condom dispensers installed

so wtf???? watching those prison shows on msnbc and the history channel ALL prisons prohibt sexual contacts by inmates. they said sex inside still happens cause guards can't be everywhere but when they're caught they get written up. so are they allowing in house congical (sp) visits now? or are they tricking inmates to be stupid enough to ask for a condom and then they get written up anyways?

atleast we know that knocked out guy who made the "i'm getting locked up in 4 days" thread will be safe from the aids.

We should have tolerance and understanding for the sexual needs of convicted felons.

If I was the warden of a prison I'd be lettin em have gay fucking orgies if it meant it kept them "in good spirits". Having sex is a primal instinct..........take it away and you start to develop people that don't give a fuck about life ergo they don't give a fuck about the live's of the staff running the facility. I think it's one of the few things we can allow convicted felons to continue participating in.
