Hey, I'm new to the board, also new to steroids, My Brother tries buying some gear over the internet, from someplace in europe, and used my home address. Today i get a letter from customes saying they siezed my pacage, has this happened to any one here? if so i need to know what to do. Any help will be much appreciated...

Don't sweat it Bro. you're not going to jail. Your brother has lost his gear though. I'm not an expert on this, but I'm pretty sure that you can only get into serious trouble here if you try and claim the stuff. If the order is sufficently small he may be able to claim it's for personal use and get it, but since he dragged you into this I say let him suffer.

Thanks for the fast replies. they sent me some papers to fill out about forfeiting the gear, should i fill them out or just forget about it and do nothing? Thanks again!

Just ignore the papers. Don't fill out anything, deny, deny, deny...

Throw them away. If you fill them out you're basically admitting that the gear is yours. If they come asking you about this, you don't know what they're talking about. You are a law abiding citizen and steriods will kill you.

If you fill the paper work out you are admitting the shit is yours and they can use that against you. do nothing and you know nothing and hope the order was small and they will most likely for get about it. try to claim it and you will get a go to jail card!

Do not respond to any letters that you get from customs!

If you inform the source and show him the letter from customs he might resend.(if he is a good source). If he does then have it delivered to a different addy. Since your first got seized to your home addy, the odds are in your favor that the very next package shouldn't get seized, but, you never know.

If the source is good he may resend. If not get to the shreader and get rid of the letter etc....
