Today is def. a low day ... I talked to my best friend last night & I knew his wedding was coming up, we have BOTH been so dang busy .... for those that followed my log, he is the one going to Italy for two weeks for his honeymoon ...Well GUESS when his wedding is...

Yup the day of my show... I may as well be standing up on his side kinda thing so I am really kinda upset about it & not sure what I am going to do. (No time to explain why some people in both families would object to that but you get my drift) I need some time to think. Have a great weekend everyone if I'm not back right away.

Where'd ur quads go?! lol...jk, they just look smaller from what i remember...

back, delts, bis... awesome... it's all diet u know this, once you get down everything will pop. They're all there and peekin'.
