LOL. Any time I let my dog back in the house when she has to go outside, my cat is waiting a few feet behind the door in this crouching attack mode. The second the dog comes in she runs and kicks her in the face with both paws. My poor dog is afraid to come in now. :)

Full Decline Bench Sit-ups – 10 reps + 10 reps (2 second pulse)

Hey gurl -- LOVE reading your workouts! So awesome! Who cares if you got some extra sleep? Sleep is just as good for you as all the gym time, so still chalk a point up to you. :)

Awwww thank you gurl ... well there was NO part II as planned ... I had a mini Pamper day ... nails & tootsies did .. finished up some shopping that needed to be done ... bought a kick ass pair of stilletto's to go with my 7's (jeans) since they are LONG & I LOVE being tall ... 5'9 + heel ... you know it... :) I caved & bought the cliche Bunny sparkly shirt (i.e. with the playboy logo) the razor back was simple too fuggin cute to pass up ... bought two different colors... :)

Of course, the supps stores were closed as I need to get some vit.'s ... have to try again tomorrow... but funny thing was ... I walked in Best Buy first thing I see on the table is "American Psycho" ... lol ... I like that movie ALOT ... but I didn't get it .. smiled b/c it reminded me of an inside 'joke' :)

Finally got an external hard drive to back up this PC & everything at work while I'm way so no one snoops & I can reformat this PC .. Have to call in a 'favor' ... so we'll see how it goes...

Ouuuuuu and new ear buds for my Ipod, so I cannot hear a THING now with them in :) lol

And & mic/ear attachment for my phone (Not about the bluetooth) ... So today was a great day in many ways.

I haven't eaten nearly as much as I need to ... feel like I got a huge slap in the face (no I will not explain) & trying to stay focused (while I try to type with my nails) ... Feet look cute though (from a size 10'r :rolleyes: )

Ahhhh almost time to cook dinn dinn ... I'm just over 500 cals right now & so tempted to go out & blow off some steam ...

I know cooking, jammin to some tunes & maybe a run would be a better decision ...

Hey Bunny, I just picked up the new Huey Lewis and the News record. Not as good as his original works but still an extraordinary effort. Now Phil Collins and Genesis I still have some issues with. His earlier works were much better I believe. :)
