I am way too busy with work & life right now, which is why I've been low key anyway these days .. you girls are doing great w/o me :)

The Mod announcement today is Fabulous ... really it is ... I sure hope to make time for everything that is important to me :rose:

If anyone ever needs me, or wants be to check anything, reference anything in your log etc PM me, or email me for those that HAVE my email ... regardless if I was made a MOD or not ...

Just b/c I cannot say hello everyday in the logs doesn't mean I am not there or thinking about you ... :rose:

You have a unlimited source of knowledge in Thumper - as an ex-boxer, boxing is my cardio of choice....althought I think you may like Muay Thai better - Thai rules boxing - depending on where you live there may be some pretty good options.


Like you need anymore cardio........................

Looks like your working towards the MillionDollarBaby already - I am assuming the 30sec's is all-out? I think you will like doing it for 3minute rounds w/ 1 minute of slow jumping inbetween - try it for 3-4 rounds before you get on the heavy bag - money baby money! 45 minutes of boxing is a killer.

Trust me ... I am ALL about getting INTO martial arts .. know a little LITTLE about Muay Thai ... & can handle the cardio & RELEASE ... UGH I need a KB'ing parnter to hold the pads!!! No hopping around aerobic boxing fitness for me ... (sorry ladies) ... I need to have some serious bag beatin' time... esp RIGHT NOW ...
