I feel like I was hit by a mac truck today ... Think I'm going back to bed, but not sure as I just popped 2 CB ...

Should be fun ... and I have SO MUCH TO DO TODAY ...
Until My Massage tomorrow, any and all weight training must be light to avoid any strain I may have on my pec minor, .. NOT pain ... ache & little pulling .. NEVER WORK THROUGH ANY PAIN, stabbing etc!!! (Which I will clarify, I do not have....) ... blood drawn again from left arm is a beeatch ... UGH, and the lady was NOT kind with the needle.. Not going into details with my issues with veins * needles ...
I am going to have to switch up to higher reps, lower weights, added cardio ... more running ... cal cutting ... this "transition" period MUST be done to meet a goal of mine in June, then continue on from there ...
BLAH ... I cannot stand lifting lighter weights anymore ... but lights weights 110% focus on form ... I'm going to make this all work, but getting over this hump is the hardest part ... been here too many times... always smooth sailing on the other end.
Gave myself my refeed last night, which is probably one of the many reasons I feel cruddy, but of course all healthy foods... there is nothing HERE unhealthy ...
