Good Morning everyone ... TGIF!!!


I feel like I was hit by a mac truck today ... Think I'm going back to bed, but not sure as I just popped 2 CB ... :rolleyes: Should be fun ... and I have SO MUCH TO DO TODAY ...

Until My Massage tomorrow, any and all weight training must be light to avoid any strain I may have on my pec minor, .. NOT pain ... ache & little pulling .. NEVER WORK THROUGH ANY PAIN, stabbing etc!!! (Which I will clarify, I do not have....) ... blood drawn again from left arm is a beeatch ... UGH, and the lady was NOT kind with the needle.. Not going into details with my issues with veins * needles ...

I am going to have to switch up to higher reps, lower weights, added cardio ... more running ... cal cutting ... this "transition" period MUST be done to meet a goal of mine in June, then continue on from there ...

BLAH ... I cannot stand lifting lighter weights anymore ... but lights weights 110% focus on form ... I'm going to make this all work, but getting over this hump is the hardest part ... been here too many times... always smooth sailing on the other end.

Gave myself my refeed last night, which is probably one of the many reasons I feel cruddy, but of course all healthy foods... there is nothing HERE unhealthy ...

Have to go for now…

Train harm… Eat healthy … “Smile fo me daddy”

This Bunny will be ok … need to go start the wonderful day now I just got my daily dose on Sunshine … lol :)

Good job girl!! I'm here with you... My inspiration of you in my thoughts is still at the top of the list of things in my head. You are helping to keep me going even through the trials I am having.
I have a similar issue with veins. I usually have to have a specialist because I have walked out with like 8 or 9 holes where they have stuck me with no luck. I still remember that day and my mom was so upset because I went in alone and I came out with black and blue arms and she started yelling at them.
I'm with you on the cardio sessions too.... I really had to buckle down this morning and try and not think about it.. but kept watching the seconds tick away.
As far as your pec minor..... Have you been doing some gentle warming and stretching with it? That muscle can be a big pain!!! If you can go into a hot tub get it warmed up nice and good, and use the stairs that you climb in on. Hang onto the rail with one arm and turn your body away from it, and it's a pretty good stretch. You could also use your other hand to help kinda hold where it kinks (hurts at) breathe into it and as it relaxes some you can stretch further. Another good stretch is the clock stretch. Keep the side of your body against a wall, arm straight over head. Use the wall like it's the face of a clock and your arm that's up in the air as a hand moving around the clock. Keeping your side firmly against the wall slowly start moving your upper arm back as your body faces forward. Position your arm back at intervals representing different placements on the clock face. When it feels tight hold it and breathe into it. Most people can't go all the way around unless they cheat by tilting the front of their body towards the wall or coming off the wall to move around. I give that stretch to most of my clients.
