I was reading, looks like u needed that sleep huh! Did u ever try the GABBA or Valerian Root?

I dont know but 3mg GABBA puts me out ASAP. 15mins i can feel my eyes closing. Its just an added supplement that lets me get a good sleep w/o the ambien feeling the next day.

No, I have not tried the Gabba .. only after a lengthy discussion with a trusted confidant (& very knowledgable one at that), honestly, anything of that nature, for depression, anxiety, sleep etc, has to be a narcotic or the like to have any affect on me, and THOSE don't even really work .. it's really QUITE odd... but this is nothing new with my body .. and over the years, things have changed so who knows :) I can't knock it until I try it right?

How's training going? I see the bulk is almost over eh? Great to know you really ate your ass off & lifted hard... THAT is what is takes! I'll have to come peep your log in a bit :)

Ever heard that if you drive under a bridge and there is a moving train on it up above you then touch the roof of the car while underneath, make a wish and it's supposed to come true?? (I told you I was odd). Well yesterday it happened and the 1st thing I could think of for a wish was this:

Weird question, but because I will be eating them on Sunday and you mentioned Easter... SWEET POTATOS.

Ok- How do YOU measure them? Fit day does them by the cup, cubed... But mine are already mashed up. It might not make a huge difference, but I am really anal about stuff like this. It's gotta be RIGHT. :rolleyes:
