I feel my pre/post workout nutrition, along with my #1 Diet, #2 Training, and #3 Supps are all contributing factors. Again DIET DIET DIET being # 1. My focus is to drop BF & cut, but not as fast as I did 1st time around.

I am fully confident that these #'s will continue to drop and I really am very pleased with the ways things have been going.

***Notes
- Keep it up Bunny you are doing something right & your body is responding very well
- Cals In < Cals Out ... This instinctive unplanned zig zap, following what my body is telling me, is proving to be beneficial, I'm rollin with it ...
- Strength & Endurance Increases KEEP happening
- Scale Weight Dropping, slowly, but surely (I can care less! Just don't want it to DROP too fast at all)
- LBM has increased the last two times since my first BF track at the start of my cut
- Trainer doing my pinch had trouble grabbing my ab pinch b/c skin was tight <--- :verygood: ... tummy SHRANK & said, "ya look at that 6 pack starting to show..." :D
- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...
- Ridding the alcohol has worked wonders for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier...
- A clean Diet works wonders ... PERIOD

You lost 3 pounds of fat per week. You gained 1 pound of muscle per week.

Yes, I am a freak ... I am ... I was recently called a 'mutant' .. in a good way of course lol :D

Seriously the chemo changed my hair color, texture and made it CURLLLLLLLLLLY ... maybe something else has changed... I will NEVER know....

I am REALLY just as shocked as you are... yet, STAYING grounded b/c I know this drop was BOUND to happen, and it will slowly taper off from here. But I can see the shrinking, I can feel it, but my body has more good days than bad when it comes to strength .. even from my w/o today ... I was just ON (for me) ...

For those that play the numbers game though, and tell you it's NOT not possible or healthy or safe... or it can't be done ... I am telling you, IT CAN BE DONE ... don't give up :rose:

That is freaking AWESOME Bunny!! :heart: Congrats!!

Though I know that you worked your butt off for that, so you deserve every bit of the rewards! ;)

...and to those of you who didn't think it was possible - IT IS!!!!

When I came to this site, I was 23% bf. I dropped to 11.5% in THREE MONTHS!!!!! As Bunny said.....diet, diet, diet!

You CAN do it!

Sorry, Bunny, about MY short story....just stating for the newbies that more than one person has done it and MANY MANY MANY more (including them) can and WILL do it!!!! :kiss:
