Tricep:.........................14 mm (-4 reduction)
Subscapular:.................11 mm (-3 reduction)
Chest:.........................7 mm (-5 gain)
Midaxillary:....................6 mm (-3 reduction)
Suprailiac:....................12 mm (-3 reduction)
Abdomen:.....................15 mm (-4 reduction)
Thigh:...........................21 mm (-4 reduction)
Sum of Skin Folds:...........86 mm (-26 reduction)
Density:........................1.057 (+.009 gain)
BODY FAT:..........16.86% (-4.21% reduction)
Fat Weight:.....................28.29 lbs (-8.17 reduction)
LEAN BODY MASS:..................139.57 lbs (+3.03 gain)

- Keep it up Bunny you are doing something right & your body is responding very well
- Cals In < Cals Out ... This instinctive unplanned zig zap, following what my body is telling me, is proving to be beneficial, I'm rollin with it ...
- Strength & Endurance Increases KEEP happening
- Scale Weight Dropping, slowly, but surely (I can care less! Just don't want it to DROP too fast at all)
- LBM has increased the last two times since my first BF track at the start of my cut
- Trainer doing my pinch had trouble grabbing my ab pinch b/c skin was tight <---
... tummy SHRANK & said, "ya look at that 6 pack starting to show..." 
- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...
- Ridding the alcohol has worked wonders for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier...
- A clean Diet works wonders ... PERIOD

Now I am NOT hung up on this number, I LOOK great... what matters is the difference in the skinfolds ... seeing the definition, my face lean out, the cuts ... and now the drops in the actual pinch sites is just fantastic ... and the look on my girl doing the pinches is even better
I still drink over 2 gallons of water a day, and I feel I look puffy & watery ... with that said

I feel my pre/post workout nutrition, along with my #1 Diet, #2 Training, and #3 Supps are all contributing factors. Again DIET DIET DIET being # 1. My focus is to drop BF & cut, but not as fast as I did 1st time around.
I am fully confident that these #'s will continue to drop and I really am very pleased with the ways things have been going.
