• warm up - 30 lbs each leg / 12 reps X 2
• 40 lbs each leg / 10 reps
• 50 lbs each leg / 10 reps
• 60 lbs each leg / 8 reps
• 70 lbs each leg / 6 reps

HSMTS V SQUAT -
• Unweighted (10 lbs) / 15 reps - warm up to get blood flowing a little better

SLDL - Legs close together
• 60 lb WBB / 10 reps On Step + riser
• 60 lb WBB / 10 reps On Flat Bench, need more range
• 70 lb WBB / 8 reps On Flat Bench
• 70 lb WBB / 8 reps On Flat Bench

PRONE LEG CURLS - eye on BUTT, no movement, keep it all in the hams
• 60 lbs / 10 reps
• 70 lbs / 8 reps (4 second squeeze on contraction)
• 80 lbs / 10 reps (Slow release on down phase)
• 90 lbs / 10 reps (Slow release on down phase)

Let's see...

1) What are kneeling leg curls? I'm having trouble with this one.
2) More weight on stiff-leg deadlift. :evil:
3) Buy a bigger freezer so you can hold more chicken.
4) No hurling allowed.
5) Write something positive and inspirational at the top of your new workout journal. Read it before every workout.

Oh...and good morning. :)

:) ... I did .. took yesterday off, plus the evening before ... Thanks for looking out :rose:

Few days ago, MAYBE 20 minutes of sleep --> then KICK ASS WORKOUT ... then slowly caught up Mon & Tues ... Not enough food yesterday .. Pre w/o shake not early enough for proper fueling ... got more sleep last night ... catching up .. feeling better ... :)

Work has been emotionally draining, as well as other things I chose not to discuss , but things could be worse, have been better, and I will work through this like every other thing that gets in my way :)

Feel SO MUCH better I made it to the gym today ...

... FYI, if you continue to see a pattern, please point it out ... sometimes I need to THINK about the reality of my situation/goals/life etc and put things in perspective ... it is MUCH appreciated :heart:
