1st cycle - TOUGH
2-4 tough, heavy breathing
5-6 a little easier, little adjustments made by body to keep up with you


get through the first few, adjust levels accordingly :)

The princesses at my AM gym probably think I am a sweat monster. I am soaked by the time I finish my cardio.

The princesses(shoot, the princes as well) at my PM gym probably think I am a man. Deadlift day is always fun. The looks I get DLing 205 are quite interesting.
