I truly don't have $$ for gym membership. And i'd have to go alone if i did :(
Dh would NOT approve of that either (my going alone) :qt: heehee!
I'm happy just working out here and hoping to be able to add to my equip someday.
Dh has been working out some, push ups and situps. Guess I inspired him. :rolleyes:

The princesses at my AM gym probably think I am a sweat monster. I am soaked by the time I finish my cardio.

The princesses(shoot, the princes as well) at my PM gym probably think I am a man. Deadlift day is always fun. The looks I get DLing 205 are quite interesting.

I've been at 173 for a LONG time ... that's more than when I started :) ... Drop as of this morning ... Kinda worries me but I took last night off, this morning off ... Going to eat some REAL food for breakfast ...

Just got home from the sales conference. There was an inpromptu trivia quiz (all marketing type questions) and I didn't know any of the answers until this one:

"Which battery first used the bunny to advertise it's longevity?"

Everyone shouted Duracell but guess who got it right? I didn't know that it was the right answer but "energizer" came out my mouth before I could think. Tried explaining that I see the Energizer Bunny every day but that didn't make much sense to anyone.

Anyway, just wanted you to know that you helped me win a cocktail....but don't worry, I gave it away :) :heart:

Let's see...

1) What are kneeling leg curls? I'm having trouble with this one.
2) More weight on stiff-leg deadlift. :evil:
3) Buy a bigger freezer so you can hold more chicken.
4) No hurling allowed.
5) Write something positive and inspirational at the top of your new workout journal. Read it before every workout.

Few days ago, MAYBE 20 minutes of sleep --> then KICK ASS WORKOUT ... then slowly caught up Mon & Tues ... Not enough food yesterday .. Pre w/o shake not early enough for proper fueling ... got more sleep last night ... catching up .. feeling better ... :)

Work has been emotionally draining, as well as other things I chose not to discuss , but things could be worse, have been better, and I will work through this like every other thing that gets in my way :)

Feel SO MUCH better I made it to the gym today ...
