I had some major reshaping going on last summer & I was introduced to the B.O. idea from a previous training partner... I use to do alternating Single Leg-Leg extensions 10 reps each leg then 5 burnout reps holding for 5 seconds ... Yeow! those were killer... same with hammies as well for Leg curl :)

Round II is tonight ... wish me luck, I'm tyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyred today :baby2:

Thanks Girl ;) ... I'm letting my food digest .. it's high school/college(?) central at night ..., well they all look so dang young these days, but got some muscles... some of them anyway ... hopefully it will clear out a little before I go ...

My husband and I always ask the staff when the new year resolution craz will end when it is really busy :)

• 30 lb DB / 6 steps each leg

***Legs are jello at this point, plyos knock me on my arse... SO BAD ***


LEG EXTENSION
• 80 lbs / 8 reps (4 second slow release)
• 80 lbs / 8 reps (4 second slow release) + 2 reps (4 second squeeze on extension)
• 80 lbs / 8 reps (alternating 4 second slow release with 4 second squeeze on extension)
• 80 lbs / 8 reps (all reps 4-5 second squeeze on extension, slow release)


SQUATS + LYING SIDE LATS -
• OBB / 6 reps to the floor + Sled / 10 reps

and I said ok, pick it back up later… cardio needed to get done
Whew! I think reading this got MY HR up!!!!!

LOL ... their Parents probably have a family membership package ... a single membership is like $60 a month & my other one is WAY more than that ... :) But totally worth it NO DOUBT :) Both of them ;)

I was just having this conversation - in the gym - in front of one of those "Oooo, Oooooo it's almost spring, I gotta' magically lose 10 lbs" people the other day. Felt good to let one of them know just how WE feel about them coming in and clogging the place up. Probably kinda' mean....but hey, if you're in it for a quick fix, I don't have time to wait on ya'!

Well, looks like I'm going to have to hit Leg Day Part Dos in the mornin' :) Not even the famous Cardio Breeze can shake a tired bunny :)

I'll take the Part I leg day as a success, enjoy my evening (kinda) off, go to sleep early and look to sizzle those hammies in the morning :) I am SUCH a morning person this time around ... :rolleyes: better run with it while it lasts ... Sweet Dreams. :sleep2:

Oh, p.s. Thank you everyone for letting me be myself & share my life on this board... feels good & I'm very thankful for EF allowing me to come into my own :rose: I loff you guys ...
