- 1 tbsp Blueberries
- 2 Medium Sliced Strawberries
- 3 Petite Red Potatoes

- 1/3 cup uncooked Brown Rice (for measuring purposes)
- 6 oz Fresh chicken breast (prepped last night –Cooked in .5 tbsp Olive Oil with Italian Seasoning, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
- One Serving Sargento Mild Cheddar
- One Serving Fat Free Cheese
- Pepper, Extra Spicy Mrs Dash
- 2.5 cups Broccoli
