bulking - morning or evening training?

guys, is it better to train in the morning or the evening when trying to bodybuild. i am going through a bulking season now.. ive heard in the morning test. levels are high which is a good thing...ive also heard in the evening you can burn off the carbs u ate throughout the day.... ?
 
i train as late as i can but i would train late afternoon/early evening like msbeverlyhills said if i didnt have school
 
Yh i know whT you guys mean but i go before school cos getting home i ge really late. So i kinda have no choice but the morning now on the weekdays
 
aslong as u can eat enough before u go to keep u strong then i would say it doesnt really make a differance unless you are trying to loose BF in which case training early of often said to be better because the metabolism boost from trainig and cardio lasts throughout the day.

some people say by the end of the day they are worn out from work/school and some day by the end of the day they are full of food and ready to go, just go which ever time u like best IMO
 
there is no set perfect time. the best time to go is when you are most motivated to train hard. you need at least 1 meal in you before you go.
