Bruise won't go away, overtraining???

Currently on a gram of suspension weekly
6 dbol daily
8 units slin post workout,
Drinking lots of water, diet is not deficient in calories, training 5-6 days a week

Hit my leg last week on a rail, didn't hurt too much, but bruise will not leave, biggest bruise I've had in my life. Is my immune system down>???? Also have a bit of a cold, but should the
juice combat this. Rotator cuffs have been hurting too, but I've been going a lot heavier, with good form. Started warming up with rotator cuff exercises too. Haven't lost any weight but gains have slowed. Been on this dosage for about 8 weeks. About to switch to omnadren , a gram

Anything to do with the slin???

I get those on my forearms sometimes.
The pump is so great that alot of your tiny blood vessels burst from the pressure and you get the bruise.
It'll go away, just give it time.
You can also massage the area to break up the blood clot and help with the dispersion so that your body can process it alot faster.
 
the bruise wasn't from training , I just ran into a rail,
but I'm usually pretty clumsy and never have shit like that happen,

Try a warm compress to the area to try and dissolve the hematoma.

Worst case scenario is that your liver is being damaged by the gear and it isnt making the clotting factors you need. This causes large bruises similar to yours.

If your bp is raised then capillaries will burst more easily and it will take time for the sequestered blood to disperse! It can take anything up to a month for a bad bruise to disappear so I wouldn't worry about cos it's perfectly normal!

what do I do if thats the case and how do I find out if my liver is fucked,

Eyes are still white, no jaundice, although my tan has been much better!:confused:
 
Check your liver function tests by going to a doc or go to any lab and post your results here. I guess you could try getting some liver protectors like Tylers and other stuff people like here. I doubt you have liver failure....i was just giving you worst case scenario. But that your tan is better and you havent gone out into the sun would sound like jaundice to me.

Heat

Try sitting in the sauna while rubbing it. It will vastly increase circulation to area. Also if your rotator cuffs are still hurting try taking a little deca--it will sooth the pain and allow you to continue working.
