I plan on being about 215lbs
@ close to 14-15 %bf when done...(after all water is gone as well...)

my diet while on will be extreamly clean...high in protien..and carbs only in am...

ohh the reason for the two week clen is to help rid the body of all water prior to winny....I know if I went right into winny it would not work the way I want it too because it will be trying to deal with the water....so I want to help drain it for the maximum potential of what oral winny will do....

and I will be continuing the clen at about week 17.. 2 weeks on two weeks off along with ECA-...

i'm not saying its impossible

but to gain 20lbs. and drop 5%bf is a bit unrealistic with those dosages. I think you'd need to double them at least.

You have roughly 158lbs of LBM right now

if you reached your goals it would put you at about 183lbs. of LBM


Almost a 30lb. jump in lean mass gain.... that would be one of the best cycle results if you could achieve that. Good luck.
 
well I truly belive that in this cycle I can actually manage this goal by the aid of extreamly clean diet.
I know it seems much but actualy if I lost about 10lbs and was at 186lbs.
I would reach my goal with no prob...but simce I do have some baggage around the mid section I figure with the cycle I am about to take I can actualy use this extra weight in my favor....give or take I might bloat a bit from the dbol...and sus together. but my diet will be on point...and I think that I would loose this extra lbs with in the first 3 weeks or so during the middle phase of my cycle??

if this makes any sence to you as it does too me...then cool...but if not...it seems to be right in my mind???

if not please rip into me more....
I'd rather be 100% then not....
any advise and personal experiance would be great.

by the way I did one cycle prior (durateston250)
with no knowledge of anything/diet/training/total Newbie...
was at 145lbs
after 10 weeks
185lbs, and maintained it for a long time....so I thing I am very receptive to test..

but please tell me more...if need be re-arange the cycle...
i figured since I had this extra weight I would do the dbol/sus in the start of cycle....(gainpahse) then go into loose water bloat phase..then into a hardening phase...I was going to use EQ with winny at end, but I do not have the means of that right now....

does this sound well thought out?:confused:
