Bro's can someone review/critique my cycle plan.

What's up bro's, i am still planning and trying to make the best i can with my upcoming cycle, i started to workout again after 1 year of being a couch potatoe and i want to review my action plan so i can make it better and i know i can have some of the Vets in here to critique my cycle.

Feel free to make any suggestions, K to the good bro's.


Excercise routine:

*weights 3 times a Wk 40-60min (mon-wed-fri)
*swiming 3 times a Wk 15-20min after weights (mon-wed-fri)
*yoga 2 times a Wk 60min (Tue-thur)
*Running 5 Times Wk 15-20 min (mon-tue-wed-thu-fri) In the morning on empty stomach

With this i have a training log to monitor my advance and a routine involving all the muscle groups for weight training.

Suplementation:

*Protein shake 3 times a day ED
*Multivitamins 1-3 times a day ED
*BCAAS 3 times a day ED
*HMB 500/1000mg ED
*Tribulus Terrestris 500mg 2 times a day ED (Testosterone Levels)
*Horny Goat Weed 500mg 2 times a day ED (Testosterone Levels)
*MACA 500mg 2 times ED (Testosterone Levels)
*Gaba 500mg ED
*Avena Sativa ED
*Joint Support pills ED
*L-Glutamine 750mg ED
*Calcium 3 times a day ED
*Vitamin B6 500mg ED
*Taurine 500mg ED
*Milk Thistle 500mg ED
*Dextrose (After every workout with Protein in one shake)

Suplementation will go on during cycle, on PCT and after to maintain gains.

Diet:

Proteins Carbohydrates Vegetables

Chicken Breast Baked Potatoe Broccoli
Turkey Breast Sweet Potatoe Asparagus
Lean Ground Turkey Yam Letucce
Sword Fish Squash Carrots
Orange Roughy Melon Cauliflower
Lean Pork Meat Steamed Brown Rice Green Beans
Salmon Steamed Wild Rice Green Peppers
Tuna Pasta Mushrooms
Ceviche Oatmeal Spinach
Lobster Papaya Tomato
Shrimp Beans Peas
Top Round Steak Corn Brussels Sprouts

Note:
Choose a portion (size of your clench fist) of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables from each column to make a meal 6 to 5 times a day.

10 Wk cycle (with the option to 12Wk depending on results and how i feel):

*Blood test
*Wk 1-10 Deca or EQ 300mg Every Wk
*Wk 1-10 Test 500mg Every Wk
*Wk 1-10 Nolva 10mg 2 times a day ED
*Wk 5 HCG 500IU ED for 5 days (Mid cycle therapy)


PCT:

*HCG 1000/2500 i.u. 1 Wk after last injection 500 i.u. every mon-wed-fri for Three weeks.
*Nolva 10mg 3 times a day ED for 4 Wks
*Tribulus Terrestris 500mg 2 times a day ED for 8 Wks
*Horny goat Weed 500mg 2 times a day Ed for 8 Wks
*Maca 500mg 2 times a day ED for 8 Wks
*Avena Sativa Ed for 8 Wks
*Blood test

Monitoring Advance before, during and after cycle:

*Blood preasure every Wk
*Body Fat levels every Wk
*Body weight every Wk
*pictures Every Wk
*diary on the effects/progress of the gear/workout/suplementation/diet (how it make me feel, Results etc)

Rest:

*Sleep 8 hours
*30min nap ED

Just in case I will have in hand:

*Clomid (anti estrogen)
*Valium or some kind of benzo(mood balancer)
*Nizoral 2% (hair loss prevention)
*Finasteride or dutasteride
*T-sol shampoo (neutrogena)
*Clen (cutting fat)
*Acne Free Treatment
*minoxidil 5% (rogaine)
*high blood preassure med’s
 
I didnt even read through the entire thing as its way too long...

but it looks like you're really serious about this cycle!

i didnt read anything about "im gonna fuck explode in the gym like a sick maniac on speed"

or: "im gonna empty out the fridge and cupboards of all bullshit food and eat big and healthy"

or my favorite: "nothing else matters right now.. only bbing!"\


also... there's a long distance between preparing for a cycle, and ACTUALLY doing it the way you're supposed to do it for maximal growth.. diet, hardcore training, sleep, etc etc.

Thanks for the update man, ok were can i learn what you are stating? i am open for learning a new and better way of doing my diet, if there is a way of learning believe me that i will so i can determined what is the best way to go for me, i want to make an informed decision.

I agree. Anyone that's detailed enough to write all that out, should be detailed enough to know exactly how many cals they're eating daily.
