Broken down, Illegally Searched, and Robbed by Cops!!

2 mos or so before my bigtime visit where they lied and said gasoline was an illegal drug to keep me out of the country for over 6 weeks, a friend of mine was driving around after being in my area of town when he was pulled over.

Excuse was that he didn't signal a lane change. Cop comes up to window and says he smells marijuana. The guy has never smoked even a puff and doesn't even drink alcohol! They asked to search his car and they brought the dog.
Guess what was in the car? 15 business packages going to the post office!

Of course, 'the dog hit on the boxes'. So they take him in and rip apart his car and lay all the boxes out and have a dog go over them again. He was there for four hours and it turns out the guy who talked him was the SAME one who initiated the first raid on my business!

So he's there for 4 hours and then released without the boxes cause they didn't know if they were going to need a warrant.

Now this guy was scared as shit and what have you noticed that I didn't tell you?

HE WAS NEVER PLACED UNDER ARREST, NEVER READ HIS RIGHTS AND NEVER GIVEN A SEIZURE LIST FOR THE BOXES THEY TOOK!

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE HE WAS EVER THERE OR THE BOXES OR ANYTHING. HE COULD HAVE DISAPPEARED RIGHT OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH AND NOBODY WOULD HAVE KNOWN.

That's scary shit and now you see why I was out of the country for 6 weeks for not even a misdemeanor. That 2000 dollars worth of boxes is/was gone without a trace and he and I knew it could have been him, too!

NOw here is where rick can earn his money by telling us what to do and where to go when the SS pulls up behind us and throws on the lights and we are by ourselves.

If nothing else, I don't stop until I'm at a gas station or I've made a couple calls to people on my cell.

had to jump on this one. my bro graduates college i am doing good finacially so i spring the bill at the bar. local bar here about 3 times a week. waitress decides i have bought to many drinks. fine weren't all for me but fine. i know this girl and did not create a fuss. go back to my table and here comes the cop. needs me to leave but i am not driving so i have to wait on my friend. on the way out the door totally out of the blue he starts shoving me on the back of the head making me stumble. l have done nothing at this point. yes sir no sir.....get to the door and bam he opens it with my face. breaks my nose, little light headed. still i have done nothing. get outside shoves me again and tells me to leave but i had already made up my mind no more shit after the door. so the shove set me off. i charged him, we fought a little but shit i was already woosy. got me on the ground then his buddy comes out. work me over good with the baton. had to call ambulance cuz i am bleeding so bad. anyway i get resisting arrest. of course no mention of what went on inside is in the report. i just walked up and attacked him and he had to strike me one time. so i get a lawyer, etc i am stoked i have witnesses i am going to get his ass. i get to court tell the d.a. what we plan and he ups the charge to felony assalt on p.o. they want to put me in prison for 2 to 10. and never been in trouble past a ticket. so i had to agree to drop everything and settle for resisting arrest and probation. the system is fucked up.. i teach my 3 yr old to not trust cops. he doesn't want to be around them at all. that is sad but shit all they ever did was fuck with me. as a teen i always got pulled over with that suspicous car shit. they are the worst criminals i know they do the same shit that they put you in jail for. but if they get caught they get a repramand. fucked up system.......

Guys cops are people.....Some good and some bad. You will not win against a cop unless you have a super hot shot lawyer. Best way to fix the problem is catch him out of uniform. Get about 10 buddies and jump out of the bushes on him and beat him with clubs. After that handcuff him naked to his car and stick a chickens heat in his ass.

I hate pigs but as someone said before there are some good ones.Very few and far between though.Most of them are stupid arrogant fucks.I have had them start shit on me cause they dont like the way I look and as soon as I ark up or try to defend myself the pieces of shit physically attack me.This one fat pig tried to restrain me and handcuff me by using some pressure point manouver and when that didnt work he capsicum sprayed me in the eyes while his partner clubbed me.Real tough bastards,one on one I would have crushed the pricks!

I remember when I was a kid learning "the policeman is your friend" "The policeman helps people."

Now that I have a kid, I know for sure this is not the sentiment that I will be passing on to him.

Sure there are good cops out there. But then again, as long as they continue to cover up for the bad ones and let them get away with stuff, how 'good' are they?

That's the sad part in all of this. Back in the day you could actually trust policemen but now it's a whole different game. I don't trust cops at all......NOT AT ALL. Seen too many dirty things go on that I simply can't let go.

I literally want nothing to do with the cops unless it's absolutely necessary, as in the case where my car has been hit by someone and I need documentation or if I have to defend myself and have to document later in court what happened so I don't take the rap.

Cops these days just can't be trusted. I'm a veteran of the military saying this......kind of scary.

I grew up being fucked with by the cops, and grew a healthy disrespect for them.Strangely enough, I almost became one after getting out of the military(almost).Some of the guys I was in with, and some from High School became cops. The thing about it is, good or bad doesn't apply to many people full time. Some of the cops I was friends with did some pretty shitty things to people. I think that qualifies them as bad; but their friends, family, co-workers, and people they relate to may see them as good guys because they might have good experiences with the cop. At the same time, some of the cops other people grew up thinking were good guys could have been the same assholes that messed with me growing up.
Overall, I think there should be more accountability by the police to the community. Where I'm from, some people are afraid of the police almost as much as they are afraid of the criminals, but the segment of the population that hasn't had the misfortune of being screwed with supports them completely, so they get away with anything they want.
