Bridging with Test

I personally would not bridge with test. It depends what you expecting I guess. If you take test your essentially still "on" so your not going to recover at all. Your natural test will still be shut down. Provide more info as to your question and some good bros will most likely be able to give you a better answer.

Did you see any growth while on 250 a week. Or just maintain what you gained on the last cycle.

Currently in week 10 of my test/dace cycle.

My cycle looks like this:

1-6 30mgs dbol
1-18 700test/350deca
14-19 winny 50mgs
19-20 test 750mgs

Then I was planning to start PCT with HCG and clomid, but now I am thinking of just staying on a low dose of test till my next cycle in august, then after that cycle come off. I will be taking HCG every 3 months just to keep the boys from disintigrating.
 
Mostly maintained mass. Though I wasn't trying to gain any at the time either.

how old are u? hcg is definitely a good idea for staying on.
 
250 a week is a cycle for me.
I am clean at the moment and have been for a while.
Sitting at 240 with abs.
I can usually put on up to 15lbs and drop some fat when I do 250 a week.
Its all diet.

250 a week will build a bridge :) ....why do yoiu want to bridge? sort of need to get yourself right before another cycle--unless you are an old bastard like me and plan a forty-year bridge

You ether want to be on for life or you don't. Make the chose. If you do then yes many people will run a dose from 125-250mg ew well between cycles.
 
cant you bridge with something like 10mg dbol a day that has no affect or hormonal levels but will defintly help maintain I was wonderiing....does anyone know if taking a low does of winnie offcycle would be similar?

why not bridge with igf1 or something else that won't keep hpta down? Just asking not being a smart ass. Trying to learn a little

what are your stats good bro? lean body mass in particular

also how did you feel on 250 and for how long did you run that
 
Anything too much over 100 mgs will take you over the normal range and thus cause suppression. Combine that with one cycle connected to another and you're looking at being completely shut down and no PCT is going to help you.
 
I've tried the 10mg Dbol first thing in the morning with 10iu slin post work out bridge.
I think it's effective at maintaining your gains while giving your body a break from a high dose cycle.

So, what you saying is that if you take 100mg or less of test a week you won't get supressed?

No, that's not what I said. You'll still be suppressed, but 100 mgs won't shut you down. Then again, if used as a bride, it certainly won't help recovery so in essence what it does is "connect" one cycle to another making it one big cycle.
