Break out

Starting to break out from my shoulders to my wrists with appears to be pimples. I am running test e and deca. Its my first cycle but can't say i knew i was gonna break out in the middle, thought that happend when i stopped? Any help or suggestions to get rid of this stuff? I can say for sure though its not a rash.

pimple down your arms to your wrists? Sounds to me like you got some dirty shit. Nok fake just contaminated. Acne is normal for many but not to the degree you're talking.

maybe up the test and take an anti-e.. its usually because of a hormonal imbalance ..

take Pantothenic acid(b5) ........take 1gram 5-6 times a day, and wash affected areas with a topical solution for acne.....this should clear it up in about a week or 2.

take it from me bro, i tried all of the suggestions above, and the only thing that's the total cure for gear induced acne is ACUTANE. YOu can run 40mgs a day for the 2 weeks, then 20mgs ed or e0d throughout your cycle. If you can afford 60mgs a day for 6 months, you'll be rid of acne for good. I just did a 5 weeker of test, which I used to break out horribly, and I didn't breakout ONCE! Just make an apt. with a derm for accutane or buy it on line from research labs.. it's teh best thing that i have ever did!
