I am 44 yo and have not run any gear since I was 30. After a couple of wives i got lazy and soft.

Last time O\I was in good shape I was 6', 215, 11% bf (water test). After hiiting it hard for a year, I am 6', 202, and 19% bf( caliperS). My diet is good but I my strength has completely topped out and my BF% is not coming down. I was skeptical about getting back on the train at my age but I want to get back to adding stenght and really want to drop my bf% without losing muscle mass.

I have never run tren but am consdeirng it along with T3 and clen.

Any recomendations? I have been researching this for 3 months or so and would appreciate any advice.

Thanks

you say your diet is good, but how good is it really? Something is wrong with it if you are not able to drop the bf.

Not sure, I am taking in about 300 grams of protein per day, with 2500 to 3000 calories. My body fat % went off the charts over the past three years. I have been doing light cardio, 25 minutes on the trewad mill three times a week. I guess I will have to bump that up. I have been trying to avoid dropping the carbs way down becaus every time I do I feel like shit and lose strength.

I justposted something similar but basically when weight loss stalls and your diet is good.. then you only have a few options

1 take a week off.. go back to maintenance or sligthly above
2 eat less cals
3 eat less carbs
4 eat more protein
5 increase activity

again your diet has to be on for this to be the solution. are you traking or logging your food 100%? if not start there keep a log/photo log of everything you eat and review it weekly.

Some blood test might shed some light... Since you are 44yo and have cycled before it's possible your test levels are low.

I don't know what is up with the post count. I made my first post last night after signing up for the membership.

I had my test level checked and it cam in just under 500 which they said was above average. Not sure if that is correct or not.

I have not been measuring my food 100% Just counting the protien intake and loosely monitoring total cals, fat, and carbs.

I dropped a fair ammount of weight quickly but I am now interested in adding more lean muscle mass not losing any more weight, just bf. In the past I was on the border of what you would consider to be a hard gainer. Decent strength, very average genes. I bust my ass, but at my current age I definitely fall into the hard gainer category at this point. Unlike the past, I am having a hell of a time tightening up the usual trouble spots after weight gain ( pecs and side meat).

Thanks for the advice Radar. I definitely need help with the nutrition side of things. Reading yoor post suggests I am only about 75% on target. I will deifnitely put this information to immediate use.
