BRO...you can't use those machines if your any bigger than normal. if you read it says for a 9-13" average size arm, hell even a regular cuff used by the nurses gives me a much higher reading.....you need to have a doc check it and if your arms are larger than normal tell them to use a large cuff

i get readings 20-30pts higher on the small cuff than i do the large cuff that fits my arm

true dat.......my doctor's nurses always freak out over the numbers until i remind them (again and again) to use the larger cuff on me....

Working as a Fire fighter/EMT-I while on duty I take BP all day long. That sounds fine. Have someone take it with some good hand tools. Make sure you are taking it in the morning when you wake up or shortly after. Let us know next 3-5 BP.

I have seen FFQuads take his own BP w/ an anal thermometer - I know, it dosent work, but he just loves to put stuff in his asre. The "hand tools" he speaks of are mostly hammers and occasionally a wrench of some kind.

they have to use the pediatric BP cuff on me..i wish i could say i was kidding ,but it is true.

Those numbers sound spooky to me, especially if you have tested normal on the same machine before this. Do you feel anything unusual? I posted a link to your question in the Medical Issues forum.
If I was in your shoes I'd stop the anavar and go see a doctor right away.

I'd look into natty supplements. Remember your taking steroids, its one of the sides of usage. Using a drugstore machine? I'd look for a bigger sleeve machine. Most drugstore machines fit a 15" arm. Ebay sells electronic ones that are discreet and reasonably priced.

I'll look around, because you guys are right, the drugstore cuff is pretty snug before I even start the test. I really don't want to have to stop this cycle.
