World rankings don't mean much in the World Cup.

Brazil has won 5 World Cups, more than anyone. Football is in their DNA.
Spain has never won a World Cup. No European team has ever won a World Cup outside of Europe. France and England only won their World Cups as hosts.

Brazil have too many good players not to be favourite.
