I need to get something nutritious down my gullet. Yesterday my department had a combined birthday party for me and a lady who both have birthdays this week (although neither of them were on Thursday...), with two cakes and assorted fatty snacks. Then today the main office had another birthday party, for the girl who got me this job. So I'm on birthday cake overload. I need to get some meat and green vegetables in me before I go off on a sugar-induced rampage.
