doing a slow carb diet program day 2 down 3 lbs...

basically it's a paleo diet but allows for beans..

lots of energy, but weight is dropping.. about 300 grams carbs per day, but all are low glycemic.. and no fructose..

Did you plan it for 300 grams carbs?
Just curious, I don't really follow a low carb diet/paleo diet on purpose, but usually have under 100 grams/day and include beans whenever I feel like it, and they are only around 40 grams carbs for a cup. I have brown rice and oatmeal, but I guess the portion size is smaller.
Do you have high cholesterol?
