diclofenac is really rough on the stomach- I can't even take one without getting stomach pain
I think aleve is 200 mg naproxen. so youd have to take two to come close to a prescription dosage.

I didn't notice any sides with the diclofenac, but I see that it's generally avoided now. "Increased risk of heart attack or stroke" is the warning that bothers me, since I'm hypertensive and on blood pressure meds. Anything with risk of liver damage scares me too, since that can be cumulative can't it? I avoid Tylenol completely because of that.
Anyway I kind of tweaked my back a few weeks ago, found the diclofenac in my medicine cabinet, took two/day until I ran out two weeks later. It took care of my back almost immediately, and also was a big help with my plantar's fasciitis and my slightly arthritic index fingers. Someone at work told me I had "a spring in my step" and that's how I felt as well. I gotta get back on something like that.
Oh Shit ... is the time difference between USA and SA that much? Now I know why Training wnet well, thanks. I just hate being on PCT ... usually by week 3 on PCT I start noticing a drop in power ... not by a helluva lotta pounds on the rig, but still, same weight, but less reps. Pisses me off

I have been on 150mg diclofenac daily for almost 4 years now after breaking both knees in a military parachute accident - and initially I believed the medical personnel when I complained about the cramps and heartburn after taking them and they told me I would get used to it eventually ... BULLSHIT! Up until today I get cramps and shits due to them. I've tried taking them just before meals, just after meals, in conjunction with meals, with extra virgin olive oil, with fish oils and none of them really made much of a difference.
