I'm tired as fuck though. I'll be passed out before kickoff. I got offered a 50 yard line ticket to the Faguars game tonight. I'd rather stick needles in my cock. It'd be awesome if they weren't fucking garbage.
another 12 hour work day today.
House next door sold. Dunno why I'm upset, since I declined to even put in an offer. I guess I thought they'd get desperate.
If I paid asking price, plus tax and insurance, that would have been at the very top of my affordable range. And the house needs about $5K work on the foundation/levelling, needs new siding, needs new kitchen, new bath, floor refinishing, get rid of ugly pre-finished '50s panelling in dining room and kitchen, and replace gravel drive with paved. Still, I've wanted that house for 20 years, the location and size are perfect for me, it sucks seeing another long-time dream of mine die.

I don't know if you're really in the market to buy, and I know it's been beat to death that this is a buyers market, but there have been some crazy deals on auction properties in my area. A house in my grandmothers neighborhood went for $13,000 two weeks ago. This was a nice house in a decent neighborhood too. I would have bought it myself if I had known about it.
I'm going to check out an open house either this Saturday or next.
