Never really had this problem before...I'm not sure if it's the quality of the eggs I'm buying or what...
Anyways, in the morning I have been boiling 6 eggs while I get ready for work. It's easier that way b/c I can just set them in water and leave them unattended instead of having to hover over a frying pan and scrambling or frying them.
However I've had a hard time lately shelling them without the shell cracking into a million peices. Seems to me that I've never had this problem, just made a crack and slid my finger under the shell and usually the whole shell will peel off together.
I've tried shelling them while they're still warm and I've tried running them under cold water too. Any hints or tips that you guys know of? Maybe it's just the quality of the eggs like I mentioned
