Body trim and appetite control

Has anyone tried the product called life extension body trim and appetite control
a friend of mine use it and swears by it and said they lost a lot of weight combining it with a better diet
it's a very cheap supplement so it sounds too good to be true

The only thing that is really cheap but effective for appetite control is ephedrine. And maybe caffeine for some.
