Hey people
Firstly would just like to express my appreciation to Sassy for giving me this opportunity, and also to Gains for giving me the push and being a great and accountable coach!
Just wanted to get on here and introduce myself, never posted on any PED forum before so bare with me, before going into deep detail here’s some background on me
- Didn’t train much at all until around 3 years ago
- Even then was inconsistent with that and dieting
- Didn’t know wtf I was doing
- Naturally low Test levels so I run 150mg weekly
- Never done a bulk/growth phase
The last 3 years I been slowly dropping fat (down 30 KG/66 pounds) and gaining quite a small amount of muscle but I am ready for a recomp, as stated - never done a bulk, have purely focused on fat loss.
Started to self educate and then found my coach.
The last 6 months I’ve made almost as much progress with gains then I did with 2.5 years running solo.
That said -
Will be starting this cycle Monday.
Will keep check ins as much as possible, including updates, meal pics, any changes, mental health, progress and more!
