1995 called.... They want their workout back....

And...
Lets be honest. How much of what we do exercise-wise is really "cutting edge?" If it works, it works. Bottom line.

I consider Bill Phillips a sellout and a liar. "Creatine monohydrate is like Dbol, and HMB is like Deca" Fuck You Bill !!!
I still have the first 50 or so issues of MM2K.

I cnt see how your body would grow significantlly with that routine. May work for a cutter?

If you have quite a bit of bodyfat, relatively new to training, you would put on muscle and lean up with this routine.

I used to do pyramid training, man moons ago.

:)

For a begginer, it seems like a solid workout that will bring about some positive results.

The first thing I thought when I looked at it was "Holy crap! How can you do chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and back all on the same day? That'd take me like two hours."

But then I remembered, beginners don't need to do the same amount of work that an intermediate, or advanced lifter does. A beginner can get away with one exercise per bodypart and still make good gains.

I guess it's all relative to the person doing the program.
