Body aches swollen hands and ankles on Norditropin

I am new to this forum. Just a brief overview: I am 52 y/o i had worked out regularly for 10 -15 years, and maintained a decent physique (5'7" 185). I stopped working out for 3 years, and the obvious happened, became fat (5"7" 210). I started working out again 6-7 months ago, along with taking 30 mg of topical testosterone, and altering my diet considerably (high protein complex carbs etc.) The results have been ok, but recently (3 weeks ago) started on norditropin. Have been doing about 2 mg (6 iu's) e/d, and have notice some loss in fat tissue around waist. Since the start of working out 6 months ago, have lost 3% bodyfat, but now weight up to 220. However the bodyaches and pains, along with the swollen hands and ankles are almost intolerable. After reading some of the forums today, I am going to lower my Norditropin dose to 0.5/1.0 mg (1.5/3 iu's) e/d to see if the aches, pains and swelling subsides. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
As you have already guessed its likely due to the GH. 6IU is quite a bit to just jump on. I would honestly just quit it cold turkey until all symptoms subside. Then start with 1.5IU a day for a few weeks and see how that feels. ONLY if you have no sides bump it to 2. You really dont have any reason to take more than that unless you going for some masters BB title or something.

This. Isn't 2 IU/day more or less what you would take if you had no natural GH production and wanted normal adult production?
 
When I first started GH about 3 years ago I felt some of this, but it went away fairly soon and has never been an issue since.
 
Bro Norditropin GH is very potent. GH should always be started with a low dose like 2iu & then after a few weeks u can increase 0.5iu every two weeks. This way u will lessen the sides u r facing now. There is no reason for u to go above 2 iu in my opinion as this dose is considered ideal for vitality & to keep fat storage away.
 
Anyone doing Im or you all doing SubQ? You guys doing 5 on 2 off, every day, or every other day or every third day as some believe GH naturally is pulsed that way so it should be shot that way?
 
I've been on 4iu ed for last 2 months, no sides! Not the same brand tho....gong to cycle off for a few weeks then get my next 200iu cycle going. Good luck

Bro do seven days of the every early morning on an empty stomach & take ur breakfast after 45 mins. GH should be run for six months min. 5 days on 2 days off is just to save cost & nothing more. Never start a GH cycle if u r on a budget, cannot commit or if u r not sure about the availability in future. Bro GH takes times to show results but if u can run it for a year, u'll not regret any.
 
Ive been on it I think 2.5 years. Hard to tell since Im also on Test what exactly is contributed to what, plus I had to overcome many serious health issues.

Hmmm....maybe I will try SubQ everyday....another forum there are some super long threads guys sounding very scientific and who have played with protocols who totally believe its best IM or even they do IV (!!!!).....and EOD or every third day....I dont know enough to explain it but could find the links for you.

I am not on a budget with it as I have good insurance. I get plenty of it and recently got dose bumped up to 60mg worth per month. Ive been doing 5mg M/W/F, and to be honest cant tell the difference between when I was doing I think my dose was 21iu total a week for first 2.5 years. Just started the 60mg month maybe a month ago, yea cant tell a difference....if doing it ED SUbQ first thing is best way to burn fat I will look into it. I always do it first thing in morning on empty stomach, think I read doing that on here maybe it was one of your threads. But Ive been doing it that way since i started. I usually have a protein shake and coffee for breakfast 30-45 mins later.
