Normally if you do this it's burns like a MOFO all the way in rather than just a spike so to speak as you pass through the blood vessel.

It's good though to remember this for any new guys who use an alcohol swab to allow a little time for the skin to dry before pinning.

This is very true.... It does burn like crazy.... No spiking involved.. Just a WTF.. That burns.. lol
