Bill Phillips Hi-Lo carb diet. Comments???

I was reading a thread on Bill Phillips' Hi-Lo Carb Diet that he had, I guess, written in the Anabolic Reference Guide (ARG). Here's the link:

Anyway, it states the following:

Day 1 - moderate carbs 1.5g/lb bw
moderate protein 1g/lb bw
low fat 1/4g/lb bw

Day 2 - low carbs .5g/lb bw
high protein 1.5g/lb bw
low fat 1/4g/lb bw

Day 3 - identical to Day 2

Day 4 - high carbs 2g/lb bw
moderate protein 1g/lb bw
low fat 1/4g/lb bw

Basically you're in and out of ketosis so that you don't feel like shit 24/7. I guess you have a time to reload before the shit hits the fan, as far as your brain turning to mush is concerned. I've done the BodyOPUS diet before, but it was far too much fat for me. This one sounds a shiest load better. Anybody have any success with this at all? I only read a few posts from people who had tried it and said it worked, but that was last year, and I had heard nothing of it since. Can anybody offer any insight into this diet. I'd like to try it, but I don't want to fuck anything up. Thanks everybody.
