Bigger Arms

I am 220 pounds now, I have done one cycle and getting ready to begin another one shortly. My arms big and defined, but I want to get them bigger. So I have reading about supersets for arms. Does anyone thing that doing supersets will increas my arm size?
 
super sets sure as hell wont make my arms bigger...i just will fatigue them quicker. i find doing 8-12 reps nice and slow and a lot of precher work is good.
 
The di... I mean guys over on the training board might be able to answer this one better.... But here's what I do

High poundages, moderate reps help me best...

3-4 exercises (one of whic SHOULD be barbell curls - GREAT for growth) 6-10 reps on each....
It's done great for me
i use barbell curls, dumbbell curls, hammer curls and reverse barbell curls... :)

But listen to JC, he is a big mofo and knows how to grow!!
you should also be eating a lot to be gaining size...

In many cases, arm size is affected by other variables besides actual arm training. Do you Squat Heavy? This can help to add arm size. Also, Pay attention to your back training..if you train say bi's with back..try an entire arm day. and remember to do long and short head tri exercises...meaning pushdown type and a little something done overhead or reverse....i'm ranting..hope this helped.
 
2/3s of your arm is your tricep, hit them hard and heavy. I like doing 2 strength exercises like skull crushes and close grip bench press followed by press downs and dips. I switch things up as I feel fit as should you, but the one thing I keep consistant when going for size is those first 2 heavey exercises. My triceps are one of my strongest points, but my bis are not that great and I would like to think that my arms are big.
