Big Guy Arms?

Count me in this group .... 5'10" 246lbs my arms are 19" cold and been close to 21" jacked to the roof and pumped .

Secondly if big arms is your goal then i'd spend 2/3rds of my time on tri's considering they make up the bulk of the arm , fuck the biceps , most guys overwork them anyways in which case they will never grow as they are overtrained something drastic .

Measured my arms this AM for this post and they were 16.5 cold probably 17 or 17.5 pumped.

I am also taking one gram of Test E a week, nothing else just anti-e’s, liquidex and Nolvadex.


I have that problem with skull crushers, BOTH my elbows are killing me right now.

Doing chest and arms tomorrow.

Will have to do 3 triceps exercises with out skull crushers.


I love chest & arm day, my two best body parts, did legs this morning and I already hurt, usually I get about a 24 hour break before things really get sore.
I am 1 inch taller than you two and weighed in at 195 today with 10% bf and also 16.5 arms last time I measured.

No shit !!

Even with an EZ- curl bar my wrists are screaming just thinking about it , I done this weight plus in the past but found better and more effective exersises for tri's now .

Skull crunchs super setted with close grip press use to be my mainstay for tri's but it can't be done effective without a partner . Pound out 8 to 10 skull crunchs with an ez-curl then move your grip to the inside and go for 12 to 18 close grip of the same weight . This seperates the men from the boys when the tears are rolling down your cheeks from the pain , a good training partner won't let you stop till your totaly fucked .


My peak contraction comes from donkey kicks with a barbell instead of individual dumbells . Bend forward with the bar burried behind your knees and straighten your arms back and up while remaining bent over .... a training partner can help here with the last few inchs , be carefull because his help will cause a forced contraction that gives a new meaning to the word pain .

225 for 10reps currently, one set only, those multisets are killing my elbows. As I said before I injruied my left elbow so cant do much more these days. Used to do 250lbs for 10reps. If I ever heal my elbows I`ll get there easilly, muscles are ready but joints are fucked... I shouldnt have used heavy weights on low crab diet along with 250mg od winny a day... :(

I hear ya with the elbow pain. Some days it feels like my tendons are going to tear off. 250 Lbs. ! Thats fuckin' impressive!!! You are a machine!

Damn son, that's big. I'm sure the winny didn't help your joints.
