Ive got to learn to slow my reps down or something. Ive lifted for years but it has always been for sports so my lifts were always very explosive. Im fairly strong but not nearly as big as my lifts would indicate. Im actually going to start lifting for more of a body building look. Just as a comparison this guys says he has 17.5 inch arms and only uses 60lbs for skull crushers, and thats on a cable. I also have 17.5 inch arms but my last set of skull crushers is 185 for 2, and thats free weight and touching the bar to my head (just above the eyebrow line). Like I said I'm happy with my strength but do you guys have any tips on lifting for pure size.
