N2KTS wakes me up enough to get the blood going, and after I warm up I feel great. The day to day activity is where the lethargy is really killer. Driving down I-10 now that the sun is warm and beating through the windshield REALLY makes it hard to stay awake....or watching TV. Shit like that.
Ill start off by saying I haven't read the whole thread. But Lethargy is subjective. What he called lethargic nay be good energy for myself. In general the statement is counterintuitive and doesn't really make much sense....
what I consider lethargic is being so sleepy throughout the day that you feel like you can lay down amd sleep anywhere, for hours, even if you got plenty of sleep the night before.
It was pretty bad the last time I ran beast, but at 40mg a day it's probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Just gotta have some willpower and a good preworkout
And I will. I took some 'befores' but nothing has really changed much yet, so I'm gonna try and do a weekly to biweekly update.
Gotta get my tan on though, i'm rocking the edward scissorhands look right now, except where i'm sunburnt. I look like a powdered lobster with nice lats...
Man beast is tough I remember even. At 20 Mgs I could hardly stay awake or move just felt like a lazy ass. Fight through it though and the strength gains are impressive ! I had to give up jogging though and even walking to the grocery store because of the savage back pumps
