LipoStim3 would be more effective in providing pretty much 12 hours of energy or so. Its def "Longer Acting"
When I take it, it is like a light switch goes off its awesome and very feels kinda too happy almost.

Lipoflame is "shorter acting" and this best for Endurance Cardio and Leg days etc.

how is its appetitte suppression compared to lipoflame?lipoflame curbs my hunger pretty good

Hi

For Sure LipoStim3 would Curb appetite to where you would eat less net calories per day making it much easier to cut.

LIPOFLAME is more appetite "control" to where you can eat but not be as hungry.
And if used in conjunction with LipoStim3 should be used for cardio and leg days only and the one Midday dose on off days do to shorter acting nature.
