If you are just concerned with carbs then definately get Muscle Milk- 12g carbs per serving- only thing is that it has more fat than the Labrada low carb lean body MRP. I use both- Muscle Milk tastes SOOO yummy, and after more than a year of using Lean Body I am getting sick of it.

Lean Body Low Carb MRP: 230 cals(water), 2g/fat, 12g/carbs, 42g/PRO
Muscle Milk: 348 cals(water), 18g/fat, 12g/carbs, 32g/PRO
Oh yeah and chocolate is the best for both brands.
