Best way to gain muscle

Whatsmyname

New member
Hey I'm 24 6'6 200 and looking for the best way to put on muscle.... Now I'm on hgh and anavar and I heard it's not the best thing for me right now

Testosterone is your best bet.

I almost weigh the same as you and im like 9 inches shorter
Eat more and go heavy on compounds, rest.
Keep doing this consistently.

You shouldn't be stacking anything with anything until we see your diet...

Lol hell I'm over a FOOT shorter than you are and I weigh maybe 10lbs less. You need FOOD and heavy weights, mostly. At your age, GH isn't going to be cost-effective at all, nor is anavar for what you want. If you're going to use some form of enhancement... yeah good old test will help you put loads of muscle on as long as your diet and training are in check! I like EQ on long bulkers too, as it ups my appetite quite a bit, but it's not necessary at your stage.

I don't understand why 3 ppl had to say they were that weight and like a foot or two shorter. His height makes the big difference....

His height does make a difference but the point is he shouldn't be using hgh or anavar or anything, he doesn't have a good base and anything he takes will be a waste. I just used it as an example to show him that he is not at a point to start using.

There are these places -- they're called gyms. They have these heavy objects that you need to lift. A lot. That's the best way to gain muscle.

Lose the HGH-it's a waste of $$ @ your age. Lift heavy: 5x5 program, focus on the basics. Eats LOTS of good homemade food. Rest & repeat.

Firstly, it's hard to maintain for extended periods. Let's say that you can lift 100 pounds for 5 repetitions. Adding just 1 extra repetition constitutes a 20% improvement in performance. Such a large rate of improvement isn't uncommon in the early stages of a training program, but you won't be able to keep it going forever.
