Best way to dose orals

If you were to have andriol (test udecanoate) tabs 40mg

What is the best way to take it, if you had 10 tabs per day for 6 weeks to use

Evenly spread out or a bunch pre and post w/o

wow not seen many use this due to its poor bio-availability.
I would say 5 pills 2X a day and hope you get half decent aborbtion on empty or alteat 1 hr after 1 hr before a meal.
