Best supplements to burn a few and lean up?

i personally have not gotten the great muscle building effects from NO2, however i do recall last summer dropping some weight on the stuff.

nothing great though... in your opinion what is the best way to drop about 10lbs in a month... i'm at 225 now, 13% (according to those handheld electro things)... i am getting married in august... so i want to look better...

oh, and my training currently SUCKS due to a new work schedule so i know i need to hammer that shit out.
 
if you don't mind being nuts for a month, daily t-rex will get the job done, if you have any pre-existing anxiety... buckle up.
 
I have a friend who says N20 worked got for him but at $40 I passed on it. I'm spending enough on supplements as it is. There is no better product on the market for losing fat then ephedrine. 10lbs in a month is totally doable just with the right diet. Ephedrine will only help matters.
 
man when i was trying to lean up before lifting weights i took ephedrine. it worked really good for me. im just giving him advice. if he doesnt like it well whatever. im just giving advice. it worked wonders for me and N02 did shit for me.
 
clen/T3 if you have quick access to them. If not ephedrine/caffiene should work. 10 lbs in a month is 2.5 lbs a week, which (assuming your body isn't fighting back against fat loss) is pretty easy to do.

I'm taking 9 a day currently (3-3x a day) and I don't even get a buzz. It's kinda weird
