Hello again,

todays my first day here i posted earlier asking for some info and ideas on building and sofourth, I have just returned from the gym were I posed a question to some guys that were somewhat reluctant to talk about it I guess it's because they didn't know me ?,

I wanted to know what the best oral roid on the market was I not a P???y
but still don't like needles to much, I want to get the best results I can
Build bulk and cut all at the same time or atleast within the first year of building.

Can anyone point me towards the best oral that will give me the best results remember it doesn't have to be a overnight miracle

thanks but i heard most of the gain is water and when you finish the cyc you lose most of your gain/ is this right or wrong

you will hear a lot of opinions on d-rol bro, but this is the best mass oral. Most of the guys that do a proper pct keep their gains. if you want to do a good oral go with Anavar, is mild, good pumps, lot of strenght & keepable gains. but is damn expensive. what are u looking for bro what are your goals, what does your cycle look like in you mind more or less??

I would have to agree w/ jeb0177. Anavar is definitely the best since most of the gains are much easier to keep for any of the oral AAS out there.

Right now I'm 175 notsure but i'd say 20+% bf
i'm looking to get to nomore than 200 - 215 and lose 12-15% bf
as i stated i just starting out was never a builder just maintained my weight more or less i do have some build but nowhere near what i want,
i don't want to get real bulky , lots of mass with nice cut is what i'm looking for
I know it will take sometime and effort and i wanted to get alittle help to start me off can you point me where to go find the product you mentioned?

Dud you are absolutely smoking crack if you think you are going to gain those results with orals alone. You are going to have to pick it up and go for Ref.-B and some other serious stuff if you want those results. And you are going to see the side effects. If it is your first cycle... you may see 10-15 pound gain on orals alone. But if you throw in some Test. and some good injectables you could see 30-40 lbs on your first cycle. But you are not going to keep it all. Start off slow and think of doing it over 1-2 years. Or you are do some serious damage. Trust me, I know. D-Bol I think is the best, but you are not going to keep a lot of gains unless you do something for coming off your cycle. Just be sure you have a good pyramid.

OK, so you're looking to put on 40 lbs and cut 8% off of your bf at the same time.
Nothing like having big goals huh.

IMO your bodyfat is too high to really see any cutting effects of aas. Concentrate on your diet. DIET IS THE KEY. If you want help cutting you could try clen. It won't build muscle, but it will dramtically help you drop the bf as long as your diet is right.

I agree that the best oral for your purpose is anavar.......VERY EXPENSIVE, especially if that's what you're relying on for your entire cycle. You will definitely get stronger on var, but you're not going to be happy with the visual results until you get your bf down. Remember, DIET IS THE KEY

I also agree with wolfpack, if you're going to be doing var alone, plan on this whole
process taking a couple of years.
