80% whey isolate high glutamine protein. Comes in 7lbs jugs with 84 servings. Good protein ratio as one seving is 1 scoop 34mg of which 25 mg are protein which makes each serving
73% protein. A good deal where I get them for $40 per jug.
Note: too much gas can mean protein overload. In other words, smaller doses and more frequent can help

and of course.. the highest quality protein.. isolates tend to be best in this respect.

When taking in high quantities of protein in a sitting you want high quality stuff or else you'll feel bloated. I'd go with ISOPURE (ion exhanged whey protein...the brand isn't critical)...its 100 times better than anything else I've tried.
